Seeds to Table is designed based on Permaculture ethics and principles. Seeds to Table encourage people to: care for themselves and their community by eating healthy, locally sourced and non-chemically grown food (People Care); care for their environment by growing their own food to minimize carbon footprint of shipping or unsustainable farming methods and cooking their own real food to minimize to the consumption of food in packages which contribute to pollution/global warming as most of these packages are not treated properly (Earth Care). Seeds to Table is a non-profit organization and aiming to give opportunities to as many students, teachers or individuals as possible to have access to all lessons.
